Returns and Exchanges

Our books are printed on demand after an order is placed. Because each book is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged, contains printing defects, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected item.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost where applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
